Oops

I just read in Writer's Digest that publishing a work in a blog or writer's forum counts as first publishing, and endangers your chance to sell first rights.  It's only a blurb, so it's possible my webpage falls under the radar.  This merits further investigation. 

The site remains, the excerpts remain, for now.  If the damage has been done, I'm not going to pull them now.

Sweetie, if it makes you feel any better, I think that may only apply if the access is unrestricted. Since I just put parts of last years NaNo, it would definitely apply to that. You do require a password, so I think that is a little more in your favor.

I'm not going to worry overmuch about it. If it comes down to it, meaning I actually get published, I'll just lie.
